IAM Meditation Course & Refresher - Saturday, Dec 5th from 9AM to 4:30PM and Sunday, Dec 6th from 9AM to Noon at the home of Paramesh in Lafayette. Please call 440-715-0023 or email juban27@hotmail.com to register. For the refresher only (must have already taken the course), register for Sunday only.

Arvada Burrito & Winter Gear Project - Saturday, Dec 12th at Noon at the home of Susi and Chad. Please call 303-915-7814 or email saussi77@comcast.net and Susi will provide details. If you would like to donate new winter hats, gloves or socks, they will be distributed with the lunches in downtown Denver.
